Norbar Torque Tools Ltd, the world leading torque tool manufacturer has a vacancy for a HR Assistant to join the existing team to support the succession plan.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide an administration/secretarial service to support the 340 employees on 3 shifts.

You will be involved in setting up and processing end to end recruitment campaigns, induction programmes, organising training and development activities and answering routine queries on pay, benefits and conditions of service.

You will have excellent advanced IT skills especially Excel to provide analytics and management information.

The ability to process multiple projects simultaneously and accurately is essential as is attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR function is a distinct advantage together with a Level 3 Diploma/Certificate.

In return for a 37.5 hour week, we can offer a starting annual salary of £32,500.
